The New World School of the Arts offers, in association with the University of Florida and Miami New Dade College, a bachelor of fine arts program in which students can specialize in drawing, painting, photography, printmaking, graphic design, sculpture or electronic intermedia. The school maintains close ties with several community institutions, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, Art in Public Places, Miami Art Museum, the Downtown Development Authority and the Miami Transit.
